Blueberry Chia Jam

You’ll need:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey

  • 3-4 tbsp chia seeds


For the jam, place blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat, allowing the heat to draw out the juices.

Coat the blueberries with sugar or honey, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring periodically.

As the mixture becomes more liquid, continue to stir, breaking up larger berry pieces

Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.

Pour into a jar to save, allowing it to cool before storing in the fridge.

serve with lavender cardamom pancakes, yogurt, or whatever your heart desires!
