Chia Yogurt Parfait

You’ll need:

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp seed cycling blend (pumpkin/flax or sesame/sunflower)

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 1/2 cup berries, fresh or frozen


if using frozen berries, Place in a bowl to thaw for 15 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.

in a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and seeds, stirring to combine. once fully combined, stir in the berries and top with honey drizzle.

this can be prepared a day in advance but the yogurt will thicken with the chia seeds to more of a pudding consistency.
