Eggs & Avocado Toast

You’ll need:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter or avocado oil

  • 2 slices sourdough bread

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • everything but the bagel seasoning, optional


Prepare your eggs as desired (scrambled, fried, boiled, poached).

Smash your avocado in a bowl with salt and pepper, and everything but the bagel seasoning, if using.

Toast your bread then evenly spread avocado mixture on top.

Serve with eggs and enjoy!
