Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl

You’ll need:

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

  • 1 small apple, cored and diced

  • honey, to drizzle


In a bowl, combine yogurt, seeds, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin spice stirring to smooth clumps.

stir in apple and drizzle with honey.
