You’ll need:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2” ginger root, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup dark leafy greens
1/2 cup fresh or frozen ale vera gel, optional
1 serving collagen protein powder
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.
