You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/2” ginger root, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 cup dark leafy greens

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen ale vera gel, optional

  • 1 serving collagen protein powder


Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.
