Fresh Tzatziki

You’ll need:
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cucumber, seeds removed and grated
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic cloves, minced or grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the tzatziki:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat
Best served with saffron rice and herby greek meatballs.
