Herby Greek Meatballs

You’ll need:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground lamb
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1. 5 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
1 cup sourdough breadcrumbs
Prepare the meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 415* F.
Prepare 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Use your hands to thoroughly mix ingredients together.
Shape about 1.5 tbsp of meatball mixture into balls, spacing them apart on the baking sheet; yields about 2 dozen large meatballs.
Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Best served with saffron rice and fresh tzatziki.
