You’ll need:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • cinnamon, to taste

  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

  • 1 serving plain or vanilla protein powder


Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.
